Our house rules
general
The furnishings must be treated with care during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns about the accommodation, we are happy to help. Non-registered persons are not permitted to stay overnight in the accommodation.
waste
The waste must be carefully separated into the designated containers. Hazardous waste and bulky goods (glass, batteries or electronics) may not be disposed of in the in-house waste containers!

Food and food leftovers brought with you must be disposed of before departure. Please do not dispose of leftover food in the toilet, sink or shower.
rest/lunch time
All residents are obliged to refrain from making avoidable noise in the apartment, house and on the property. During the times from 12.00. - 3 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Special consideration is required. On Sundays and public holidays the rest periods apply all day.
due diligence
Any damage or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately. Before leaving the apartment, all electrical devices and lights must be switched off and doors and windows locked. The storage of highly flammable or odor-causing substances is prohibited in the accommodation. The landlord is not liable for the tenant's valuables and wardrobe.
Cleaning & cleanliness
Accommodation and property must be kept in a clean and pure condition. Dirty shoes must be removed before entering the accommodation. It is mandatory to ensure the stairwell is clean and to remove any dirt caused. Used dishes, cutlery, pots and pans must be washed before departure.
washing / drying
Washing machines (free of charge) and dryers (if available > fee per use: €2.00) that bear our “workandhome” logo are welcome to use. After each use, it is mandatory to leave the respective machine in a clean condition.
smoking
Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the apartment, in the stairwell, in the hallways and in the basement!
car/parkin
Use designated or public parking areas and, if necessary, pay attention to the parking time.
heating / ventilation
Please ventilate all rooms for at least 10 minutes every day. After showering or bathing, the windows must be opened for 15 minutes. Please switch off the heating while ventilating.
If the rules are violated, fines can be collected.
